Reaching Your Optimal Performance

When it comes to performing in a sport at your highest level, you need proper coaching, workouts, exercises, and technique.  If you have been “training” without direction, you are not tapping into your true potential.  Improvement in strength, speed, agility, technique, power, endurance and flexibility can shave seconds to minutes off your personal best times or scores.

    The Peak Sports Performance staff will begin with a full evaluation, including, but not limited to, flexibility, strength, power tests, and technique or form assessments.  Advanced performance testing can be arranged with a Sports Medicine physician where lactate threshold, max heart rate, and heart rate training profiles can be assessed.  Once you have the complete assessment done, an individualized training program will be set up for you for four, eight, twelve or even a year long program.  

    Ongoing personal training in our clinic is available to athletes who are looking for faster results.  Training programs can be monitored via the internet, during one-on-one sessions, and with twelve week retest sessions.  All programs are customized for the individual athlete based upon test results.
