Our Wellness Programs are designed much like traditional personal training sessions; however, through our Wellness Programs, you will work one-on-one with our Certified Athletic Trainer who will design a personalized fitness program to help you achieve your goals. The sessions are scheduled in either 30 minute or 1 hour increments, depending on your individual needs. This program is flexible, in that it can be tailored towards:
- Any sport or fitness preference
- Current, recurring, or prior injuries
- A specified body part in preparation for an upcoming surgical procedure
